Fees: The filing fee for CH 7 which goes to the Bankruptcy Court  is currently $338.00. The filing fee for Ch 13 is currently $313.00. We offer payment plans for our attorney's fees.  We offer same day filing. There is also an online class that you need to take, one before filing and one after filing.

Documents: The minimum documents needed to file are:
____Copy of your Driver’s License and Social Security Card
____Proof of income for the last 6 months, including but not limited to: 
____Copies of titles and registrations for ALL vehicles in the household, if you have a lien on a vehicle, please provide payoff statement
____Copies of any and all lawsuits, garnishments, or court paperwork
____ Statements for ALL bank accounts for the last 3 months with your name on the account
____ Statements for ALL retirement accounts for the last 3 months (these can include: 401K, IRA, Mutual Funds)
____ MOST current statement for any stocks or bonds
